Acceptable use policy

You must not

The following uses are prohibited and may lead to suspension.

• Upload photographs you do not have the right to use or edit.
• Request or attempt any edit that changes the property itself, including its size, layout, fixed features, views, boundaries or condition.
• Attempt to hide or remove a visible defect from a photograph.
• Remove, alter or suppress a disclosure label we have applied.
• Upload photographs of people without an appropriate basis, or use the service to identify individuals.
• Attempt to bypass accuracy checks, credit limits, rate limits or role restrictions.
• Use the service to produce material that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory or discriminatory.

Written instructions

Written instructions are optional and are screened against the property accuracy rules. Instructions that would change the property are rejected, and repeated attempts are recorded.

Reporting

If you believe a photograph or account breaches this policy, contact support with the property reference and the details.

Enforcement

We may reject a job, flag an output, restrict a feature, suspend a user or suspend an organisation, depending on the seriousness and the history of the breach.
