Roles

Your organisation is the controller of the personal data contained in the photographs and records you upload. Pixetra is the processor and acts on your instructions.

Subject matter and duration

Processing consists of storing, analysing, editing, checking and exporting property photographs and related records, for as long as your organisation uses the service.

Categories of data

The following categories may be processed.

• Account data: names, work email addresses, roles and branch assignments.
• Property data: addresses, references, photographs and room information.
• Incidental personal data appearing in photographs, such as faces or vehicle number plates.

Security measures

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk.

• Encryption in transit and at rest
• Role-based and branch-based access control
• Audit logging of access, edits and approvals
• Face and number-plate blurring available at no credit cost

Sub-processors

We use sub-processors for hosting, image processing, email delivery and payments. We remain responsible for their performance and will inform you of material changes.

Deletion and return

On request, or on termination, we delete or return the personal data we process on your behalf, except where retention is required by law or for audit records described in the privacy policy.
