These terms apply to every organisation and user of Pixetra.

Pixetra is operated by PTWG Limited (trading as Pixetra), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 14244272. References to “Pixetra”, “we” and “us” in these terms mean PTWG Limited.

PTWG Limited is not currently registered for VAT. Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
Pixetra prepares property photographs for publication: quality checks, room identification, selection, editing recipes, accuracy checks and portal formatting.
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee that any particular result will be produced from any particular photograph.
You are responsible for your account, your users and the roles you grant them.
You must have the right to upload every photograph you provide, and the right to have it edited and published.
Subscription credits are allocated monthly and roll over up to twice the monthly allocation. Purchased credits last 12 months. Trial credits last 30 days. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes.
The earliest-expiring credits are always spent first. Credits are reserved when a job starts, charged when a result passes its checks, and released if a result cannot be produced.
Credits have no cash value and are not refundable except where required by law.
You remain responsible for the accuracy of your marketing material. Pixetra applies accuracy checks and disclosure labels, but the decision to publish is yours.
You must not use the service to misrepresent a property, and you must retain any disclosure label we apply.
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, the acceptable use policy or the property accuracy policy.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
We are not liable for losses arising from your decision to publish any photograph.
