What gets fixed

The problems that make a good property look ordinary

Shadows lifted and light balanced across the room, so the far corner is not a black hole.

Blown out windows

Detail recovered from the window so the outside is visible rather than a white rectangle.

Flat grey skies

Replaced with a natural bright sky that matches the light in the rest of the photograph.

Dull, muddy colour

Colour balanced so magnolia walls look like magnolia rather than beige or green.

Leaning verticals

Walls and door frames straightened so rooms do not appear to fall over.

Low resolution

Limits

Enhanced, not exaggerated

Enhancement is where property photography gets misleading most easily, so there are hard limits.

No fake brightness

Damp patches, cracks and stains are not brightened away.
