We collect the information you give us and the information we need to run the service.
We use your information to provide the service: preparing photographs, running accuracy checks, producing portal packages, managing credits and supporting your team.
We also use aggregated, non-identifying usage information to improve quality and reliability.
Original photographs are always retained alongside the results produced from them, so any edit can be compared with its original.
Photographs are processed by our providers only for the purpose of producing the result you requested.
Property photographs and results are retained for as long as your organisation keeps the property, subject to your plan's storage allowance.
Audit records of edits, approvals and credit movements are retained for six years for accountability purposes.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing.
Requests can be sent to our support address and are answered within one month.
Access to organisation data is restricted by role and branch. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is logged.
