Building a photo workflow for a multi branch agency
Presets, approvals, branch budgets and an audit trail, so twelve negotiators produce one house style.
6 minute read. Updated 2 September 2026.
Decide the house style once
The biggest inconsistency in agency photography is not skill, it is choice. Twelve people each making their own judgement produces twelve looks. Agree one look, save it as a preset, and make it the default for every property.
Give branches room without losing control
Branches differ. Lettings stock is not prime sales stock. Let each branch have its own default preset and its own credit budget, while the agency keeps ownership of labelling policy and brand assets so nothing goes out off brand.
- Branch level defaults for presets and export sets.
- Roles: who can edit, who can approve, who can see billing.
- Monthly credit caps per branch, with alerts before they bite.
Approvals that take seconds
One person signs off a set before it publishes. Reviewing a whole set in a portal accurate preview takes under a minute and catches the things a negotiator will not notice on their own upload.
Keep the audit trail
For every photograph you should be able to answer three questions months later: what was the original, what was applied, and who approved it. Pixetra records all three automatically, which is what turns a complaint into a short factual reply.
